BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Former Stanford University All-America selection Kelly Eaton demonstrates how to incorporate legs into shooting five-meter penalty shots and the proper strategy to put the ball past the goalie in this KAP7 Tip of the Week throwback video.
Now in its fourth year of existence since the first video was released on February 4, 2013, the KAP7 Tip of the Week series features instruction on basic skills (egg-beater, passing, goalie technique) and more advanced skills and tricks to help players raise their game to another level.
