BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Olympian and KAP7 co-founder Wolf Wigo is back for our next Chalk Talk segment as part of the KAP7 Tip of the Week series. The series transitions towards beating different types of defenses with this week’s segment about breaking a 4-5 zone.
Now in its fourth year of existence since the first video was released on February 4, 2013, the KAP7 Tip of the Week series features instruction on basic skills (egg-beater, passing, goalie technique) and more advanced skills and tricks to help players raise their game to another level. Past presenters include Olympic goalie Genai Kerr, former Stanford University star Kelly Eaton, former University of Southern California standout Johnathon Hewko and KAP7 co-founders/Olympians Brad Schumacher and Wigo.
