BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Daniel Domotor (Jr., Budapest, Hungary/Karinthy Frigyes Secondary) netted 13 goals with 10 assists during a 2-2 weekend for the La Salle University Explorers at the Mercyhurst University Laker Invitational hosted at the Hallman Aquatics Center in Erie, Pa.  For his performance, Domotor is named the September 16 Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference (MAWPC) co-Player of the Week.

The inaugural La Salle water polo player to garner a weekly award from the league office, he shares Player of the Week status with Jake Miller-Tolt (Sr., Manhattan Beach, Calif./Mira Costa) of Fordham University.

Domotor opened the weekend in Erie on Saturday, September 14, by tallying three goals and two assists in a 13-12 overtime loss to Salem University prior to notching two goals, three assists, a field block and seven steals in a 16-12 victory over Penn State Behrend.  On Sunday, September 15, he accounted for three goals and three assists in an 18-8 win versus the host Lakers prior to finding the back of the cage five times and dishing out a pair of helpers in a 17-11 loss to Gannon University.
