BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Spectators and teams attending this weekend’s Men’s Collegiate Club Heartland Division tournament hosted by Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn., on Saturday-Sunday, October 2-3, should be aware of the following policies and guidelines:
- Parking – Parking is available in all surface lots of Macalester College, including the Leonard Center lot (125 Snelling Ave. S) or on the adjacent city streets — see map:
Macalester has a home football game on Saturday, October 2, with a 1:00 p.m. kickoff, so parking in the LC and Stadium lots will be very limited through the duration of the game. Please do not park in the fire lanes, as emergency vehicles may need to enter that space.
- Entry – All entry for the water polo tournament must take place through the Snelling Ave. entrance on the east side of the building. Macalester will be charging admission ($5.00 per day) for visiting spectators. Limited concessions will be available in the concession stand next to the spectator entrance. Only teams competing in the first game of the day can arrive one hour before their start time (Noon on Saturday/8:00 a.m. Sunday).
- Locker Room and Facility – The men’s general locker room, located on the first floor of the Leonard Center, is available for changing and showering. There is access to the locker room from the pool deck. Participants and spectators are asked to exit the Leonard Center immediately following the conclusion of the game and necessary post-game activities. Post-game meals or activities with spectators/families should take place outside the building. Participants and spectators are asked to not “hang out” in the Leonard Center before or after contests. Everyone is required to wear a well-fitted face covering when inside the building. This includes spectators and participants when not in the pool competing.
