BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) alumnus Rob Kalwarowsky ’10 discussed how to “Be a Better Leader” on The Nice Guys of Business podcast.
A native of Ottawa, Ontario, and a graduate of Merivale High School, Kalwarowsky is a world-renowned executive coach and speaker renowned for transforming leaders through mindset shifts, influence strategies and research-backed leadership techniques. A 2010 MIT graduate a Kalwarowsky earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Management from MIT and was a three-time Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) and Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) All-Academic/Scholar-Athlete honoree. He also competed on Canada’s U18 National Water Polo Team, reflecting his foundation in high performance and discipline.
