BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Dave Matulis of the Mercyhurst University men’s water polo team guests on Episode XIII/Season I of The Spin Lob – a podcast dedicated to water polo in the state of Ohio.
The podcast features a conversation between Dan and Dave Matulis, both former players from Milford High School and natives of Loveland, Ohio. Dan traveled to the west coast to play for Long Beach State University, while Dave remained on the East Coast at Mercyhurst where he earned Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) All-America honos in 2014 and 2015 prior to graduating in 2016.
Hosted by Mike Jones and Nick Hellwig, who competed on the collegiate club teams at Ohio University and the University of Dayton, the podcast provides a forum for discussion on the sport around the country,and highlights Ohio Water Polo players competing on the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I, II and III levels along with the collegiate club ranks.
