BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Miranda Pasky (Fr., Paso Robles, Calif./Paso Robles) of Monmouth College racked up four goals, four assists, eight steals and four kickouts drawn during a 3-0 weekend for the Fighting Scots at Connecticut College’s Lott Natatorium to earn notice as the March 12 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III Rookie of the Week.
Competing in the opening weekend of league play, she scored once against both Grove City College (10-3 W) and the host/Division III No. 10-ranked Camels (9-7 W) prior to notching a pair of tallies in an 8-2 defeat of Utica College.
The award marks the inaugural weekly accolade bestowed on Pasky by the league office.
