INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) National Coordinator of Water Polo Officials Amber Drury announced the NCAA Referee School will be held on Saturday, December 5.
The format will be three two-hour sessions on a single day with make-up sessions afterward for those who cannot attend. A tentative schedule:
- 9:00-11:00 a.m. PST/Noon-2:00 p.m. EST
– Covid-19 Officiating
– Enhanced Referee Procedures
– New Rules Part I - 1:00-3:00 p.m. PST/4:00-7:00 p.m. EST
– Referee/Coach Interaction
– Advantage & Hierarchy of Fouls - 4:00-6:00 p.m. PST/7:00-9:00 p.m. EST
– New Rules Part II
– Professionalism
