BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Nine members of the Connecticut College women’s water polo claimed recognition on the 2026 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Spring All-Academic Team.
The ennead of Maddie Baybeck (Jr., Ann Arbor, Mich./Pioneer), Brooke Brandenburger (Sr., Sacramento, Calif./Christian Brothers), Ainsley Cornwall (Sr., San Mateo, Calif./Aragon), Grace Isola (Jr., San Mateo, Calif./Aragon), Melia Lorch (Sr., Encinitas, Calif./San Dieguito Academy), Emma Luna (Sr., Wahiawa, Hawaii/Punahou School), Sarah Nagel (So., Honolulu, Hawaii/Punahou School), Carly Schneider (So., Barrington, Ill./Barrington) and Anna Taylor (Sr., Pleasanton, Calif./Foothill) are among 160 Camels’ spring athletes to earn recognition.
To be recognized, an individual must have reached sophomore academic standing, and be in good standing in their sport with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 or equivalent on a 4.0 scale at the end of the 2025 fall academic semester. Transfers must have completed one year of study at an institution.
Founded in 1971, the NESCAC consists of 11 liberal arts colleges and has consistently reflected its commitment to the values of athletics and academic achievement. The member colleges of the conference are Amherst College, Bates College, Bowdoin College, Colby College, Connecticut College, Hamilton College, Middlebury College, Trinity College, Tufts University, Wesleyan University, and Williams College.
