RIVERSIDE, Calif.  — No. 24-ranked Brown University women’s water polo closed out its California Spring Break trip with a 12-7 win at California Baptist University.

Brown was led by three goals each from Madeleine Poissonnier and Claire Poissonnier, while Cleo Washer and Ella Palmer deposited pairs.

In goal, Roxanne Hazuka had six saves.

The Bears led 3-2 after one quarter with the goals coming from Palmer, Claire Poissonner and Aubrie Anderson. Brown took control of the game with a 5-2 second quarter. Poissonnier added two more goals in the second quarter, while Emily Suong, Washer and Palmer all netted one goal.

Washer scored once in the third quarter and Madeleine Poissonnier picked up her hat trick with one goal in the third quarter and two in the fourth quarter.
