BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Princeton University alum/goalkeeper Ashleigh Johnson returns to the international stage as United States Women’s National Team head coach Adam Krikorian has announced the roster for the upcoming exhibition series featuring Team USA, the Netherlands and China on December 14-19.
Team USA is anchored by all 13 women that won gold at the 2017 FINA World Championship this past July led by team captain Maggie Steffens, tournament Most Valuable Player (MVP) Maddie Musselman and gold medal match MVP Kiley Neushul. Added to that group is the return of 2016 Olympic gold medalist Ashleigh Johnson as the 2016 Women’s Sports Foundation SportsWoman of the Year and 2017 Cutino Award recipient rejoins Team USA for her first international competition since Rio.
Each team will have the opportunity to select a different line-up in each game of the series. Tickets are on-sale for every game in the series and all matches will stream LIVE at Facebook.com/USAWP and YouTube.com/USAWP.
