BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Princeton University alumna Ashley Hatcher swished one-of-two man-up chances and snagged a steal in 26:06 of playing time as Argentina fell to New Zealand, 13-7, in the Szeged Tiszavirag Pool to earn a spot in the 11th place game of the 2022/19th Annual FINA World Championships hosted in Budapest, Hungary.

Argentina will take on Kazakhstan on Thursday, June 30, for 11th Place.  Kazakhstan fell to Team Canada – led by former Indiana University standouts Jessica Gaudreault and Shae (Fournier) La Roche – by a 19-11 score to punch their ticket into the 11th place clash.

A 2015 graduate of Princeton, Hatcher has converted on three-of-11 shots at the championship with eight steals, a rebound and a field block.
