BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Amy Castellano (Jr., Yorba Linda, Calif./Yorba Linda) is among 10 Princeton University student-athletes to garner Spring Academic All-Ivy accolades. The five men and five women were key contributors to their respective spring teams with a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average.

A Psychology major, Castellano garnered All-Conference and CWPA Championship First Team status in 2019 prior to capping the season with Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) All-America Honorable Mention honors. 

The CWPA Player of the Week on February 18 and March 25 she led the Tigers in goals (74), shots (130), shooting percentage (.569), steals (47), blocks (13) and sprint wins (18) to finish her junior season with 117 points (74 goals, 43 assists) and raise her career totals to 143 goals, 84 assists, 126 steals, 43 ejections drawn, 29 field blocks and 81 sprint wins on 152 attempts.
