BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Charlotte Riches (Fr., Laguna Beach, Calif./Laguna Beach) of No. 12-ranked Princeton University scored three times in road victories at No. 21 Harvard University and No. 25 Brown University on Saturday, April 13, to earn notice as the April 15 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Rookie of the Week.
She scored twice in a 10-6 defeat of Harvard in Cambridge, Mass., before wrapping up the Tigers’ conference regular season with a goal in a 12-10 victory versus Brown in Providence, R.I.
The award marks the third Rookie of the Week nod for Riches as she previously earned recognition on March 11 and March 25.
