BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Didi Evans (Fr., Corona del Mar, Calif./Corona del Mar) of No. 13-ranked Princeton University led the Tigers with 14 goals and 19 assists for 33 points during the 2026 Princeton Invitational to earn laurels as the February 2 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Rookie of the Week.

A two-time Rookie of the Week selection with prior honors on January 26, she opened the weekend homestand at DeNunzio Pool with a goal and four assists in a 17-7 victory over Mount St. Mary’s University on Friday, January 30. 

A day later she racked up four goals and eight assists for 12 points during a 21-7 defeat of Santa Clara University on Saturday, January 31, before depositing four goals and four assists in a 14-9 management of No. 18 Marist University.

Her eight helpers against Santa Clara establish a single-game program record and erases the prior mark of seven held by Carolina Ardilla (March 2006), Helen Meigs (April 2009) and Evans (January 21, 2026).

On Sunday, February 1, she capped off the weekend with three goals in a 12-8 handling of Siena University before putting away a pair of shots and dishing out three helpers in a 12-10 win versus No. 22 Wagner College.
