BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Eliza Britt (Sr., Newport Beach, Calif./Corona del Mar) of No. 15-ranked Princeton University posted consecutive hat-tricks against Brown University and host/No. 21 Bucknell University to garner recognition as the April 15 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Player of the Week.
She notched a trio of tallies in an 8-4 defeat of Brown prior to collecting another hat-trick as the Tigers beat Bucknell by a 10-5 count to clinch the No. 2 seed for the upcoming CWPA Championship on Friday-Sunday, April 26-28, at Brown in Providence, R.I.
