BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Kaila Carroll (So., Greenwich, Conn./Greenwich) of No. 19-ranked Princeton University posted 13 goals, five assists, seven steals and six drawn ejection as the Tigers finished 4-0 in league play over the weekend.  For her performance, Carroll is named the February 28 February 28 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Player of the Week.

A first-time weekly honor recipient from the league office as Princeton did not compete during the 2021 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she opened the week by tallying six goals in a 22-8 defeat of host Mount St. Mary’s University on Friday, February 25.

Princeton then headed to Bucknell University’s Kinney Natatorium for a trio of contests on Saturday-Sunday, February 26-27.

Facing the host Bison on Saturday, February 26, Carroll deposited four strikes in a 15-9 win.  A day later, she added three markers in a 12-6 victory over No. 23 Brown University prior to Princeton picking up a 12-5 defeat of Saint Francis University to wrap-up the weekend.
