BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Princeton University goalkeeper West Temkin (Fr., Alamo, Calif./Campolindo) is among 15 athletes from around the United States named to the USA Men’s Junior National Team which will compete at the upcoming World Aquatics Men’s Junior World Championships (U20) on June 11-18 in Romania.

Team USA will start in Group B and will meet Greece, Hungary, and Serbia in group play.  Live streaming of all games is expected to be available through the World Aquatics YouTube by CLICKING HERE.

The team will be led by head coach Jack Kocur, who will be assisted by Ross Sinclair and James Graham.  Brown University Water Polo Operations Coordinator Alex Matal will serve as team leader and collegiate official Scott Voltz will travel as the team’s official.

Temkin is coming off a freshman season at Princeton in 2022 during which he registered a 14-2 record with 154 saves and a .537 save percentage to help the Tigers claim the Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) Championship and a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Championship tournament berth.
