BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2024 Week 14/April 25 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 and Division III Top 10 Polls.
2024 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 (Week 14/April 25)
The University of California-Davis gains company at No. 1 as defending National Champion the University of Michigan pulls even with the Aggies in the Week 14/April 25 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 Poll.
UC-Davis (93 points), which gained sole custody of the top spot two weeks after being tied with the University of California-Los Angeles, the University of California-San Diego and the University of Notre Dame the prior two weeks, returns to sharing the lead position in the Top 20 as the Wolverines inch up from a tie with UCLA and UC-San Diego at No. 2 last week.
UCLA (90 points) and Notre Dame (90 points) fall and rise into a tie at No. 3, while UC-San Diego (83 points) slips back to No. 5.
California Polytechnic State University (71 points) stays at No. 6, the University of Southern California (64 points) and San Diego State University (64 points) move into a tie at No. 7, Michigan State University (63 points) cracks the Top 10 at No. 9 and the University of California-Santa Barbara (55 points) slips to No. 10 to complete the upper echelon of the Top 20.
Previously unranked Arizona State University (43 points) rises up the ranks to No. 11 with Texas A&M University (35 points), the University of California-Irvine (33 points) and the University of Washington (30 points) holding down the No. 12-to-14 spots.
Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (29 points) and Florida State University (29 points) are tied at No. 15, while previously unranked the University of Colorado (20 points), Yale University (19 points), West Chester University (13 points) and Northeastern University (12 points) complete the Top 20.

2024 Women’s Collegiate Club Division III Top 10 (Week 14/April 25)
Sierra Pacific Division Championship runner-up the University of California-Santa Cruz takes over at No. 1 from North Atlantic Division Championship runner-up the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the Week 14/April 25 Women’s Collegiate Club Division III Top 10 Poll.
The Banana Slugs of UC-Santa Cruz (96 points) – which trailed MIT by a single point the past two weeks – slips past the Engineers of MIT (95 points) this week to regain custody of the top position in the Division III rankings.
Washington University in St. Louis (92 points), the United States Coast Guard Academy (85 points) and New York University (81 points) stay at No. 3-to-5 with Carnegie Mellon University (73 points), Middlebury College (70 points), Grinnell College (64 points) and Colby College (35 points) moving up to No. 6-to-9.
Wesleyan University (34 points) completes the Top 10.
