LORETTO, Pa. — Saint Francis University, a Division I member of the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA), invites applications for a full time Assistant Coach, Women’s Water Polo in the Department of Athletics. The Assistant Coach is responsible to the Head Coach, Women’s Water Polo for assisting with the organization and direction of a Division I Water Polo program including but not limited to recruiting, scheduling, budget management, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) compliance and development of student athletes. 

The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the Collegiate Water Polo Association, and the NCAA. In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is preferred.  Intercollegiate playing and/or coaching experience preferred.  Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are necessary.  Must hold or be eligible to obtain lifeguard certification within 90 days of hire.
