BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Saint Francis University goalie Rosalinda Rivera (Jr., Hatfield, Pa./North Penn) recorded 24 saves and allowed 10 goals in a pair of wins on the road at the David M. Hallman III Aquatics Center in Erie to earn status as the April 5 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Defensive Player of the Week.
A two-time Defensive Player of the Week selection following a previous selection earlier this season on February 8, Rivera made 11 saves in a 10-4 defeat of Mercyhurst University and turned aside 13 shots with a steal in an 8-6 downing of Gannon University.
