BRIDGEPORT, W. Va. — The Grove City College women’s water polo team stepped out of Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III-East region action by dropping a 22-5 non-conference decision at National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II member Salem University at the Bridge Sports Complex.

Sophomore Kamryn Kerr (East Grand Rapids, Mich./East Grand Rapids) pumped in a team-leading three goals for Grove City, while sophomore Riley McCullough (Spring, Texas/Oak Ridge) and freshman Kiley Sill (Virginia Beach, Va./Princess Anne) both added goals. 

Senior Tia Kannel (York, Pa./Central York) chalked up three assists and Sill added an assist. 

Freshman Lea Steen (Schaumburg, Ill./Schaumburg) stopped seven shots in goal.
