2026 CWPA Division III Schedule
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Due to travel timing concerns for the competing teams during the weekend brought on by the current Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint delays, the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases an updated schedule for the CWPA Division III crossover weekend on Friday-Sunday, March 27-29, at Washington & Jefferson College’s Henry Memorial Natatorium in Washington, Pa.
The schedule is revised in conjunction with cooperation from the administration of Penn State Behrend, Macalester and host W&J to minimize impact upon the competing institutions (Division III No. 4-ranked Augustana College, Division III No. 6 Macalester, Austin College, Carthage College, Connecticut College, Penn State Behrend, Wheaton College (Mass.), W&J).
On Friday, March 27, the Penn State Behrend-vs.-Macalester game – previously scheduled for 2:20 p.m. on Saturday, March 28 – moves to 5:30 p.m., while the Washington & Jefferson-vs.-Augustana game remains at 7:00 p.m.
Due to the movement of Penn State Behrend-vs.-Macalester to Friday evening, the slate of games on Saturday, March 28, is adjusted with Wheaton-vs.-Augustana (9:00 a.m.), Penn State Behrend-vs-Austin (10:20 a.m.), Washington & Jefferson-vs.-Macalester (11:40 a.m.), Connecticut-vs.-Augustana (1:00 p.m.), Penn State Behrend-vs.-Carthage (2:20 p.m.), Washington & Jefferson-vs.-Austin (3:40 p.m.), Connecticut-vs.-Macalester (5:00 p.m.) and Wheaton-vs.-Carthage (6:20 p.m.).
On Sunday, March 29, the schedule shortens from seven to six games with Wheaton-vs.-Austin (8:00 a.m.), Connecticut-vs.-Carthage (9:15 a.m.), Penn State Behrend-vs.-Augustana (10:30 a.m.), Wheaton-vs.-Macalester (11:45 a.m.), Connecticut-vs.-Austin (1:00 p.m.) and Washington & Jefferson-vs.-Carthage (2:15 p.m.).
Streaming coverage – due to the changes – is adjusted with the Penn State Behrend-vs.-Macalester game joining the W&J-vs.-Augustana contest on Friday, March 27, while the abbreviated schedule on Sunday, March 29, remains slated for streaming coverage on the Presidents’ Presidents Athletic Conference Network site by CLICKING HERE.
Competition on Saturday, March 28, is not planned for streaming coverage.
