Job Description:
Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), located in Loudonville, NY, is seeking a full-time, Head Women’s Water Polo Coach. The head coach will be responsible for the administration and organization of the program including, but not limited to, evaluation and recruitment of qualified student-athletes, planning and conducting practices, monitoring academic progress, skill development, coordinating services for the team with various department support areas, scheduling games, and management of the program’s fiscal budget.
Annual Salary: $58,500.00

Job Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience are required. College coaching and/or playing experience preferred. A demonstrated ability to teach the skills of the game and strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are recommended. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver’s license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of
employment.
