BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Adonis Vlassis (So., Athens, Greece/Lycee Franchohellenique Eugene Delacroix) of St. Francis College Brooklyn accounted for 10 goals, two assists, three steals and a pair of ejections drawn during a 3-1 weekend for Terriers on the road at the Bucknell University Invitational on Saturday-Sunday, September 18-19.  For his efforts, Vlassis is named the September 20 Northeast Water Polo Conference co-Rookie of the Week.

He shares the recognition with Roko Pozaric (Fr., Zagreb, Croatia/Gimnazija Titusa Brezovackog) of No. 9-ranked Princeton University who tallied six goals, four assists, four steals and three ejections drawn while doing perfect on sprints during a 3-0 West Coast weekend for the Tigers against nationally ranked opponents. 

He scored five times in a 21-6 defeat of Mount St. Mary’s University and four more times in a 20-9 victory over Salem University on September 18 prior to helping the Terriers in a 12-11 loss to the host Bison and a 21-7 win versus Mercyhurst University on September 19.
