BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Vladimir Mickic (Fr., Subotica, Serbia/Nikola Tesla) of No. 17-ranked St. Francis College Brooklyn tallied 10 goals and drew 11 exclusions as the Terriers went 2-2 at the Princeton University Invitational. For his efforts, Mickic garners notice as both the September 16 Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) Player and Rookie of the Week.
He drew three ejections in an 11-6 defeat by No. 9 the University of California-San Diego before scoring once and drawing a pair of ejections in a 17-13 victory over Wagner College on Friday, September 13. On Saturday, September 14, he registered four goals and drew three exclusions in a 10-6 defeat of No. 15 George Washington University before netting five goals with three exclusions drawn in a 19-14 loss to Fordham University on Sunday, September 15.
