BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Avery Davis (Sr., Jersey Village, Texas/Jersey Village) of No. 17-ranked Texas A&M University “A” accounted for five goals, nine assists, 15 steals, a field block and 12 saves during a 3-1 weekend for the Aggies at home in College Station, Texas, to earn recognition as the February 3 Women’s Collegiate Club Texas Division Player of the Week.
She helped the Aggies “A” squad top Rice University (19-0 W), the University of Texas “B” (5-0 W Forfeit) and Baylor University (13-3 W) to accompany a 7-6 setback against No. 6 the University of Texas “A”.
