BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Joshua Wang of the University of California-San Diego aided the Tritons in finishing in Third Place at the Men’s Collegiate Club Southwest Division Championship to claim the group’s October 30 Player of the Week award.
He helped UC-San Diego’s cause in a 19-4 defeat of California State University-Northridge prior to factoring in an 11-9 loss to the University of Arizona in the tournament semifinals at home in Canyonview Aquatic Center. In the Third Place game, he led the way for the Tritons as the team took down Arizona State University, 10-8.
