BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Catherine Morin (So., Orlando, Fla./Lake Nona) of the University of Central Florida “A” tallied 13 goals, five assists, 10 steals and a field block during a 3-1 weekend at home in Orlando, Fla., to earn status as the April 8 Women’s Collegiate Club Southeast Division Player of the Week.

She opened the weekend by scoring five goals versus the University of Alabama in a 16-1 win prior to tacking on three goals versus Emory University in a 19-2 victory on Saturday, April 6.  Moran wrapped up the four game homestand on Sunday, April 7, by snagging six steals and securing three goals for the difference in a 7-4 defeat of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) prior to an 11-5 setback versus Florida State University.

Central Florida “A” concludes the regular season with a 4-4 record and will compete at the Southeast Division Championship hosted by Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla., on Saturday-Sunday, April 13-14, as the No. 4 seed.
