BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Chase Goldstein (So., Greenwich, Conn./Greenwich) contributed 10 goals, five assists and five steals during a 3-1 weekend for the University of Connecticut during the first weekend of Colonial Division competition hosted by Wesleyan University. For his performance, Goldstein is lauded as the division’s September 21 Player of the Week.
A Real Estate and Urban Economics major, he accounted for five goals in a 13-10 defeat of the University of Massachusetts, dinged Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) for a marker in a 21-8 victory, notched a pair of scores in a 12-10 loss to UMass and added another pair versus Wesleyan for the difference in a 10-8 win.
