2024 University of Michigan Women’s Water Polo Schedule
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The University of Michigan released the program’s 2024 women’s water polo schedule.
Competition begins on Saturday, January 20, at Fresno State University in Fresno, Calif., with the Bulldog Fest. A week later, the Wolverines host Saint Francis University, Long Island University, Marist College and Salem University in Ann Arbor ,Mich., on Saturday-Sunday, January 27-28, prior to going back on the road for the Triton Invitational at the University of California-San Diego in La Jolla, Calif., on the weekend of Friday-Sunday, February 2-4.
The team returns to the water on Saturday-Sunday, February 17-18, for contests at Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., against Saint Francis, Salem, Iona University and California Baptist University. A week later, the Maize & Blue travel West once again for a weekend trip to the Barbara Kalbus Invitational at the University of California-Irvine on Friday-Sunday, February 23-25.
The month of March begins in the Garden State as Michigan takes on Brown University, host Princeton University and Harvard University on Saturday-Sunday, March 2-3, before coming back home to the Donald B. Canham Natatorium for a four game slate versus Bucknell University, Long Beach State University, the University of California-Merced and Mercyhurst University on Saturday-Sunday, March 23-24.
Following a road weekend at Bucknell in Lewisburg, Pa., with games versus Princeton, Harvard, Brown and the host Bison on Saturday-Sunday, April 6-7, the regular season comes to a close on Saturday, April 20, as Michigan hosts Indiana for a single game.
Michigan will aim to return to the top of the CWPA and earn another trip to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Championship field during the weekend of Friday-Sunday April 26-28, as Harvard hosts the 2024 CWPA Championship at Blodgett Pool in Cambridge, Mass.
