BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Freshman Brooke Ingram (Santa Barbara, Calif./San Marcos) contributed two goals and a steal during a season-opening 4-0 weekend by the No. 7-ranked University of Michigan Wolverines at the Arizona State University Cross Conference Challenge. For her performance, she garners recognition as the January 17 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Rookie of the Week.
She helped the Maize & Blue down Biola University (14-0 W), California Baptist University (16-5 W), Azusa Pacific University (18-6 W) and the host/No. 10 Sun Devils (11-10 OT W).
She recorded her inaugural collegiate goal against Biola and tacked on a goal with a steal versus Azusa Pacific.
