BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Kata Utassy (Fr., Budapest, Hungary/Konyves Kalman Secondary School) contributed a pair of goals and three assists during a 2-0 weekend for No. 7-ranked the University of Michigan at home in Canham Natatorium on Saturday, April 24, to claim the program’s 10th overall and fifth consecutive Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I title.  For her performance, Utassy is named the April 26 CWPA Division I Rookie of the Week.

A three-time Rookie of the Week recipient following previous honors on March 1 and April 12, she posted a pair of goals and and an assist in a 16-0 defeat of Mount St. Mary’s University prior to dishing out a pair of helpers in a 12-5 victory over No. 20 Bucknell University in the title game.
