BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The University of Michigan’s Mia Barr (Jr., Oceanside, Calif./El Camino) scored 12 goals and averaged five drawn exclusions per game during a 4-0 weekend for the Wolverines to earn recognition as the March 27 Women’s Collegiate Club Big Ten Division Player of the Week.
Competing at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, Barr helped the Maize & Blue’s “A” team top the host Buckeyes (15-2 W) and Michigan State University (13-6 W) on Saturday, March 25. On Sunday, March 26, Michigan downed the Michigan “B” team (5-0 forfeit) prior to turning back Michigan State (14-1 W).
