BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Goalkeeper Abby Laughlin (So., Bend, Ore./Summit) from the University of Vermont netted six steals and 25 saves during a 4-0 opening weekend of Women’s Collegiate Club North Atlantic Division competition at Yale University in New Haven, Conn., to earn acknowledgment as the division’s March 2 Player of the Week.
She anchored the Catamounts to victories versus Division III No. 3-ranked Middlebury College (11-2 W), Division III No. 10 Colby College (10-5 W), Bates College (15-2 W) and Division III No. 6 Tufts University (10-9 W).
