BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Mykl Ambros (Sr., Elkins Park, Pa./Cheltenham) of the University of Vermont aided the Catamounts’ cause in going 3-1 during a regional tournament at the University of Maine to garner recognition as the October 2 Men’s Collegiate Club North Atlantic Division Player of the Week.

Vermont defeated Bowdoin College (9-4 W), St. Michael’s College (5-0 W Forfeit) and Colby College (9-7 W) to accompany a loss to Bates College (12-2 L) to conclude the regular season with a 5-3 record. 

The Catamounts, who lost a tiebreaker with Colby for the No. 2 seed due to goal differential in two meetings between the programs, will aim to claim the North Atlantic Division Championship on Saturday-Sunday, October 21-22, at Bowdoin in Brunswick, Maine.
