BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Will Derdeyn (Gr., St. Louis, Mo./St. Louis University) of the University of Wisconsin contributed 20 goals and 12 steals in a 4-0 weekend for the Badgers to earn honors as the September 25 Men’s Collegiate Club Big Ten Division Player of the Week.
He drew nine ejections and shot 20-for-28 from the field with 12 swim-off victories in 12 tries to power Wisconsin to victories over the University of Illinois (15-13 W), Northwestern University (20-9 W), the University of Iowa (18-12 W) and Michigan State University (15-12 W) at Indiana University.
