BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Goalkeeper Kevin Roach (Sr., Commerce, Calif./La Serna) of Wagner College made 41 saves with five steals and three assists in defeating league foes Mount St. Mary’s University (18-12 W), George Washington University (15-11 W) and Bucknell University (15-13 W) at home in the Spiro Sports Center to earn status as the October 30 Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference (MAWPC) Defensive Player of the Week.
His best game came on Saturday, October 28, against George Washington as the senior turned aside 17 shots to allow the Seahawks to claim a four-goal win.
