BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Antonio Mendez-Trendler (Sr., Baltimore, Md./Gilman) contributed six goals during a 3-0 weekend for Washington University in St. Louis to help lead the Bears to the 2024 Men’s Collegiate Club Great Lakes Division Championship title at home. For his performance, Mendez-Trendler is recognized with the division’s Player of the Week award.
Competing in two games, he helped anchor the Bears’ offense which topped Grand Valley State University (9-7 W) and the University of Notre Dame (12-8 W) to punch the program’s ticket to the 2024 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship at the University of Florida on Friday-Sunday, November 8-10, in Gainesville, Fla.
