BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Sierra Bui (Fr., Portland, Ore./David Douglas) contributed three goals, four steals and four kickouts drawn during an 0-2 season-opening weekend at home for Wittenberg University to earn recognition as the February 7 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III Rookie of the Week.
Competing on Saturday, February 5, she notched a pair of goals in an 18-7 loss to Mount St. Mary’s University prior to finding the back twine once in a 12-8 defeat by Mercyhurst University.
