BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Competing in their inaugural women’s collegiate club North Atlantic Division weekend of the 2022 season, Michelle Wu (Gr., Cheshire, Conn./Choate Rosemary Hall) and Chloe Glass (Sr., New Haven, Conn./Hopkins School) of Yale University keyed Bulldogs to a 3-1 record to clinch the No. 3 seed for the upcoming division championship. For their performance, the pair share notice as the April 11 North Atlantic Division Player of the Week.
Competing at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, Yale topped the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (10-8 W), Bates College (18-4 W) and the host Polar Bears (5-0 W Forfeit) along with taking a 10-7 loss to Middlebury College. The team’s 3-1 mark and .750 winning percentage trailed MIT and Middlebury’s 7-1/.875 marks as the trio punched their tickets to the combined New England/North Atlantic Division “A” Championship at Boston College on Saturday-Sunday, April 23-24.
