2024 Men’s Collegiate Club Liberty Division Schedule
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases an adjusted 2024 Men’s Collegiate Club Liberty Division Championship schedule at West Chester University in West Chester, Pa., following the decision of Drexel University to not compete.
The removal of Drexel changes the championship to a three-team event with Bloomsburg University, the University of Delaware and the host Rams on Sunday, December 8 – a change from the prior format that featured games on Saturday-Sunday, December 7-8.
On December 8, West Chester will take on Bloomsburg at 10:00 a.m. and Delaware at 2:00 p.m., with Bloomsburg and Delaware meeting at Noon. The best record from among the three games will claim the division title, while the second best marks claim the runner-up position. In the event of a tie among two teams in the standings with 1-1 records, the head-to-head result between the two teams will break the tie. In the event of a 1-1 tie among Bloomsburg, West Chester and Delaware, goal differential will be used to break the tie for third place with the head-to-head result between the two teams determining the division champion.
