BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) continues its series highlighting some of the most popular KAP7 Tips of the Week as the league looks back at a video featuring the butterfly with a breaststroke kick.
This Tip of the Week was presented due to water polo student athletes’ strong swimming backgrounds. Most American water polo players have a tendency to use their hands and arms to execute movement in the water, when instead they should be using their legs.
Olympian and KAP7 co-founder Brad Schumacher shows a trick to strengthen an athlete’s extremities and increase reaction speed.
