LOS ANGELES, Calif. — No. 3-ranked the University of Southern California terminated the No. 15 Princeton University’s seven-game winning streak with a 17-4 decision at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center in a game televised on the Pac-12 Network.

USC registered the first two goals of the game before Lindsey Kelleher‘s tally with 3:32 left in first quarter. The Trojans pushed forward with the next four tallies, going in front, 6-1, as the clock ticked under six minutes to go in the first half. Haley Wan‘s 200th career goal got the Tigers within three, 6-3, but USC’s offense rolled off five more tallies. In front by eight at the break (11-3), the Trojans held the Tigers off the scoreboard in the third stanza and were never threatened.

Wan is one of six players all-time to reach the 200-goal milestone. She has recorded at least 40 goals in each of the past three seasons and is a two-time All-America selection.
