BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — A 2025 USA Water Polo Brent Bohlender Award recipient as a Development Women’s Coach for the Texas Thunder Water Polo program in Southlake, Texas, Erik Kroh assumes the position of head coach for the Penn State Behrend men’s and women’s water polo teams.
A native of Fullerton, Calif., and a four-year letterman at Fullerton High School playing water polo and swimming, Kroh went to Fullerton College and played water polo and swam.
He coached at North Orange County Regional Area Polo for two years prior to coaching the Biola University and Admiral teams for five years along with coaching at Fullerton High School and Sonora High School. He relocated to Flower Mound, Texas, and coached multiple age groups with Thunder for the past five years.
