BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Recent Bucknell University graduate Boati Motau (Johannesburg, South Africa/Roedean School South Africa) shot one-for-three in 20:06 of playing time as the Republic of South Africa doubled host Singapore, 8-4, in the 15th Place game at the 2025 World Aquatics Championship in Singapore, Republic of Singapore.

A member of South Africa’s squad at the 2020/2021 Olympics in Tokyo, Motau converted on one-of-three action shots as the South Africans claimed leads of 3-0, 5-3 and 7-4 by the conclusion of the first, second and third quarters, respectively, prior to tacking on a final goal in the fourth quarter for a four score victory.
