BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the Week 10/November 21/Final Men’s Collegiate Club Top 20 Poll for the 2019 season.
National Collegiate Club Champion Lindenwood University maintains its position on top of the national rankings as the Lions wrap-up the year as the unanimous No. 1 selection.

Men’s National Collegiate Club Champion Lindenwood University finishes the 2019 season as the best team in the nation according to the Week 10/November 21/Final Men’s Collegiate Club National Top 20 rankings.
A five-time National Collegiate Club Champion (2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019) and three-time Division III Club Champion (2006, 2007, 2008), the Missouri Valley Division Champion Lions (100 points) collected the program’s eighth National Championship crown by downing the University of Southern California by a 9-5 score on Sunday, November 17, at the University of Pittsburgh‘s Trees Pool.
Historically, Lindenwood tied the all-time record of five Men’s National Collegiate Club Championships held by California Polytechnic State University (1999, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2007).
USC (94 points) and the University of California-San Diego (91 points) flip-flop at No. 2 and 3, while the University of Utah (83 points) climbs one place to No. 5.
The University of Florida (71 points) rises three positions to No. 5 with Michigan State University (68 points) and California Polytechnic State University (68 points) tying at No. 6. California State University Maritime Academy (62 points), Pennsylvania State University (61 points) and San Diego State University (52 points) complete the Top 10 at No. 8-to-10, respectively.
The University of Texas (49 points), the University of California (46 points), the University of California-Santa Barbara (36 points) and the University of California-Los Angeles (32 points) rate at No. 11-to-15, with the University of Michigan (26 points) and the University of Notre Dame (17 points) coming in at No. 16 and 17.
The Ohio State University (12 points) and the United States Military Academy (12 points) are tied at No. 18 to stand in front of California State University-Chico (9 points) which completes the Top 20 in the final position.
