2025 Men’s Collegiate Club Mid-Atlantic Division Schedule
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2025 Men’s Collegiate Club Mid-Atlantic Division schedule.
The Mid-Atlantic Division will celebrate its 30th season as part of the CWPA and is made up of Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania State University “A”, Pennsylvania State University “B”, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Pittsburgh and Villanova University.
The division championship has previously been captured by Pennsylvania (1995, 1996, 1997, 2002, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2013, 2021), Penn State (1998, 2005, 2009, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024), the University of Richmond (1999), Villanova (2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2011, 2018) and Slippery Rock University (2006). The 2020 season was not contested due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Regular season competition starts at Villanova in Villanova, Pa., as the Wildcats host Penn in a single game on Tuesday, September 16.
Pitt will host an 11-game tournament on Saturday-Sunday, September 20-21, in Pittsburgh, Pa., prior to Villanova visiting Penn in Philadelphia, Pa., for a single game on Tuesday, September 30.
The final 11-regular season games take place on Saturday-Sunday, October 4-5, at Penn State in State College, Pa., to establish the final seeding for the nine-game Mid-Atlantic Division Championship on Saturday-Sunday, October 25-26, at Villanova.
The victor of the division championship earns an automatic berth to the 2025 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship on the weekend of Friday-Sunday, November 7-9, at a site to be determined.
