BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2026 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 and Division III Top 10 Week 7/March 19 Polls.
2026 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 (Week 7)
The University of Michigan acquires sole custody of the top position in the Week 7/March 19 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 rankings.
Michigan (97 points) – which was tied with Pacific Coast Division Champion the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA) (96 points) at No. 1 last week edges out the Bruins to stand alone through seven weeks of competition.
Defending National Champion the University of California-Santa Barbara (85 points) and the University of California (85 points) shared the No. 3 berth, while the University of California-San Diego (82 points), California Polytechnic State University (74 points), the University of Florida (73 points), California State University-Chico (62 points), Arizona State University (60 points) and the United States Naval Academy (58 points) complete the Top 10.
The University of Colorado (53 points), San Diego State University (41 points), Northeastern University (38 points), the University of Texas (34 points) and Grand Valley State University (29 points) rate at No. 11-to-15 with the quintet of Pennsylvania State University (26 points), the University of Washington (23 points), the University of Oregon (13 points), Texas A&M University (11 points) and Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (6 points) complete the Top 20.

2026 Women’s Collegiate Club Division III Top 10 (Week 7)
The University of California-Santa Cruz continues at No. 1 in the Week 7/March 19 Women’s Collegiate Club Division III Top 10 Poll.
The Banana Slugs (100 points) – who garnered 99 (March 12), 100 (March 5), 96 (February 26), 100 (February 19) and 97 (February 12) points the prior five weeks after rating as a unanimous top pick in the Week 1 voting – return to ranking as a unanimous choice in a Top 10 which experiences minor point changes from the Week 6/March 19 voting.
New York University (95 points), Emory University (88 points), Bowdoin College (86 points), Washington University in St. Louis (82 points), Carnegie Mellon University (73 points), the United States Coast Guard Academy (72 points), Tufts University (65 points), Middlebury College (60 points) and Colby College (55 points) stay at No.2- to-10 behind UC-Santa Cruz.
