2022 Women’s Rocky Mountain Division Schedule
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Due to the University of Denver electing not to compete at the division championship, the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases an updated 2022 Women’s Collegiate Club Rocky Mountain Division Championship schedule.
The championship will feature the Colorado School of Mines, Colorado State University, the United States Air Force Academy, the University of Colorado, and the University of Utah competing in a five-team, eight-game format to establish the division champion and representative at the 2022 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship at a site to be determined.
In the history of the division, Utah (2011, 2015, 2016, 2017), Colorado (2018) and Colorado Mines (2019) have combined for the six previous titles. Utah (2002, 2004, 2006, 2010) and Colorado (1997, 2003) also hold prior Southwest Division Championships.
A Rocky Mountain champion was not crowned during either the 2020 or 2021 seasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic terminating completion and start of the campaigns, respectively.
